We do our utmost to provide the best service that we can from start to finish. It's important for you to feel comfortable buying our products so we're only just a phone call or an email away if you ever have any questions.
Payment
We use PayPal's Website Payment system to process the purchase. In essence this makes no difference to you as a customer, but it is a simple system to use that many people are familiar. After going through our checkout you will be taken to the PayPal website to pay for the item. At this point you can do one of three things:
Pay with debit or credit card directly without signing in or signing up with PayPal
Log in to your existing PayPal account to pay
Sign up a free PayPal account that basically acts as a system where in the future you are able to log in and purchase an item quickly on many online stores
After this you will be brought back to our site and be asked to refresh the page (F5 button on your keyboard) until we have received notification of your payment. This is usually done within a couple of seconds but may take up to a minute. You will also receive confirmation of your payment via email.
Delivery
As we do all printing and manufacturing on site our delivery times are cut down because we do not rely on any third party other than the suppliers of the materials we use. Generally you should receive your artwork between 2-3 working days from point of payment. If there is likely to be any deviation from this we will make contact with you immediately.
International deliveries will usually take 7 working days but allow up to 14 days. Rarely parcels are inexplicably held in the customs of your country and this is outside of our control.
All deliveries can be tracked online using the website of the courier we use at the time. You will be sent an email with the details on how you can use this service when the item is dispatched. We use different services depending on the cost at the time to keep delivery charges as low as possible.
If you are unable to check the artwork fully when it is delivered please tell the courier to mark the parcel as "Unchecked" when you sign for it.
Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase at any point before dispatch. However if you are using one of our bespoke services then cancellation may only be made before printing has begun. If we have spent extensive time working on a custom piece then there may be a charge for our time spent. If the item has been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, please read our returns policy and contact us.
Damages
If the item arrives damaged contact us and we will arrange for you to have a replacement. In the event the item is not a digital print we will create another piece of artwork in the same style as the damaged piece unless you wish to have a refund. In that case please see our returns policy.
